2001
Founded on Barotha Road
After more than 35 years in warehousing, including with the Madhya Pradesh Warehousing Corporation, Hari Singh Thakur retired and invested his savings in a storage campus at Village Rajoda. His son, Ved Prakash Thakur, joined him from the first day.
2000s
A record in food grain
The business built its reputation storing wheat, soybean and chana for institutions and merchants. That work established the discipline the campus still runs on: quality checks, fumigation, stacking and records.
2014–24
Ten years of institutional storage
A long-duration institutional arrangement of about 14,000 MT ran for roughly a decade, proving the campus could hold large volumes reliably year after year.
Today
13 units, 30,000+ MT
The campus covers about 10 acres, with more than 1,50,000 sq ft of covered storage. It holds wheat, soybean and chana alongside enterprise inventory such as milk powder and metal coils, under 24/7 security.
Next
Room to grow
Land within the campus is available for new capacity. For long-term commitments of 5,000 MT or more over five years or longer, we can plan expansion around the customer.

- 02
Verified
Stock is physically verified every 15 days and kept on paper and in software.
- 03
Guarded
Three guards, 50+ cameras and a fenced boundary wall, around the clock.
- 04
Cared for
Grain is checked on arrival, fumigated on schedule, and the halls are cleaned daily.
